INVENT: Handbook on Inclusive Youth Work

INVENT is a multilateral Strategic Partnership between Fryshuset and Armenian Progressive Youth and 125Procent that seeks to develop, test and promote inclusive and innovative approaches in youth work, with a focus on marginalized and vulnerable young people. Through this partnership, we aim at developing, testing and sharing innovative and inclusive youth work practices, training modules and support materials, which will improve the quality of youth work delivered by organizations involved in this project and beyond.

The main results of the project which we want to share is practical Handbook for youth workers with exercises and information on how to promote the inclusion of marginalised groups and youth at risk through youth work. The Handbook includes recommendations and methods for youth workers, youth leaders, trainers, project managers and others involved in youth work on how to make their work inclusive with young people. It also incorporates training modules to support youth workers in their outreach to vulnerable young people. The Handbook is also published on Erasmus+ Project Results Platform.
